Yahoo! News - Implanted Electrodes Combat Depression:
"A procedure that involves drilling two holes into a person's skull and then implanting electrodes in the brain has shown promise in treating individuals who are severely depressed and resistant to other types of treatment."
I suppose it beats messing up your body chemistry with Paxil or Zoloft...

I mean, electricity's all-natural, right?

(Before somebody flames me, yes, I am quite aware that SSRIs can be extremely helpful for some people who suffer from depression or anxiety. Thank you.)
